CASSATT – Funeral service for Eloise Roberts Robinson, 77, will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Cassatt Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Don Coppedge, Rev. Ernest Rabon, and Rev. Dr. Mark Bredholt will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Cassatt Baptist Church or Hospice of Tri County. Mrs. Robinson, wife of the late Ralph Ray Robinson, Sr., died Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late P.D. and Nina Ellis Roberts. She was a member of Cassatt Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, working with flowers, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Joan Robinson and Larry Brazell of Cassatt, and Dianne Robinson and Marshall Hardin of Cassatt; sons and daughters-in-law, Ralph Ray, Jr. and Darlene Robinson of Cassatt, and Allen and Donna Robinson of Lugoff; brothers, Jack Roberts and Paul Roberts; sisters, Rosie Timmons, Evelyn McManus, Peggy Austin; eleven grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Cletus Roberts and Gaylord Roberts; and sisters, Willie Mae Deese and Cleo Dixon Holden.
