LUGOFF – Carleen Carter “Carol” Watts, 55, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016. Born on Anderson Air Force Base on December 28, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Robert Earl and Frances Mary Durflinger Carter. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Darrell Stephen Watts. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial follow in Hardshell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hardshell Cemetery, PO Box 1643, Lugoff, S.C. 29078 for the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery.
