LUGOFF – Services for James Clyde Maness, 66, will be private. Mr. Maness passed away at home on Thursday, September 29, 2016. Born in Fort Bragg, he was the son of the late Dalford Ward and Robah Eugena Walker Maness. He enjoyed restoring cars and building race cars. Surviving are his son, Bryan James Maness; brothers, Dalford Maness Jr. and Tom Maness; and sisters, Susan Ross and Verness Maness.
