ELGIN – Graveside service for John Wesley Foard III, 66, will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Mr. Foard died on Friday, October 7, 2016. He was born in Columbia, S.C., on July 24, 1950. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam. He will be greatly missed by his friends who he consider his family.
