ELGIN – A time of gathering to celebrate the life of Timothy A. Richardson, Sr., 49, will be held Thursday from 11am – 1pm at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Richardson Family Cemetery on Fox Hill Rd. Mr. Richardson passed away October 17, 2016. Born in Columbia, SC, on February 28, 1967, he was the son of the late Billy Thomas Richardson and Inez Richardson. Tim enjoyed fishing, yard sales and flea markets. Surviving are his children, Matthew Young and Timothy Richardson, Jr.; sisters, Linda Faye (David) Sanders, Brenda Kaye (Ronnie) Baughman, Wanda Sue Richardson, and Debra Jean Richardson; brother, Randy Thomas (Kathy) Richardson; 2 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his nephew, Michael Ray Richardson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, GA.
