LUGOFF – Funeral service for Brisceida Roman Silva, 59, will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Quaker Cemetery, Camden. The Rev. Hector Vazquez will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Roman-Silva passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016. Born in Luquillo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the Raymundo and Emma Silva Roman. Surviving are her daughters, Yelissa Roman (William Richardson) and Melissa Roman (Steven Craft); sisters, Emma Roman, Myrna Roman, and Eloisa Roman; and 8 grandchildren.
