I first knew Betty as a neighbor, Then after Ted passed we volunteered at hospice and had lunch together for a couple of years We became very close and I missed her very much when she left. My husband and I started out to visit her this past July, but it didn,t work out and we had to come home.I last talked toher on 9/23/16 and she continued to talk of home. I called 12/10/16to verify the zip code for her Christmas card and to talk to her and they told me she had passed. I have lost one of my dearest friends and I consider myself blessed to have known her.Our heartfelt prayers and sympathy to her beloved sons and all the family.
