LUGOFF – Jeffrey Martin Phillips, Sr., 58, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2016. Born in Merced County, CA, he was a son of Alma Jean Brassell Morris and the late Jesse Martin Phillips. Mr. Phillips enjoyed motorcycles and NASCAR. Surviving are his son, Jeffrey Martin Phillips, Jr. (Krista) of Lugoff; grandchildren, Ryder and Lennox Phillips; brother, Warren Morris (Paula) of Columbia; sister, Jeri Phillips of Lugoff; nieces, Kristy and Ashley Morris; and a nephew, Brandon Morris. Funeral Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The River Church, Camden, S.C.
