CAMDEN – A celebration of life service for Robert Edward Skidmore, 46, will be held Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Donnie Dixon will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. Mr. Skidmore died Sunday, February 12, 2017. Born in Royal Oak, MI, he was a son of Kathleen Tervolis Garbade and the late Robert John Skidmore. Mr. Skidmore was a pipe fitter. He attended Wateree Baptist Church, and enjoyed music, fishing, and dancing. Surviving are his wife, Tiffany Skidmore DeCosta; children, Bobbie K., Brittany, Michael, Shaila, Evianna, Joshua; and grandchildren, Rylee, Kaylie, and Nayla. He is also survived by his mother, Kathleen Tervolis Garbade; brothers, Rick and Jerry; sister, Jenny; and brother-in-law, Eugene Springs.
