CAMDEN – A memorial service for Richard Wayne Huggins Sr., 74, will be held on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at Second Chance Fellowship. The Rev. Marvin Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Mr. Huggins passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017. Born in Lee County, he was the son of the late Clyburn Huggins and Willie Mae Scurry Carraway. He attended Second Chance Fellowship. He was a Mason and a member on the Shriner’s. Surviving are his sons, Richard Wayne “Ricky” Huggins Jr. (Tammy) of Jefferson, and Russell Leon Huggins of Camden; step-daughter, Vickie Hatcher (Dennis) of Cassatt; sister, Mary McCullen; brothers, Chucky Huggins and Donnie Carraway; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; mother of his sons, Daynie Tiffany. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles Huggins.
