CAMDEN – Elizabeth Workman McNinch, 103, passed away July 15, 2017. Born on July 18, 1913 in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Ed and Margaret Workman. Mrs. McNinch graduated from Winthrop College and was a member of Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church. Mrs. McNinch is survived by family members, Rebie Green, Betsy Bright, Peggy McNinch, Chris Young, Cook Young, Susan Kneece, Ross Green, Sam Bright, Jr., Harold Bright; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold J. McNinch; daughter, Janet Young; son, Joe McNinch; son-in-law, Sam Bright; brothers, Arnold Workman, Alvin Workman; and sisters, Oma Barnes, Laurie Zemp and Doris Harmon. Elizabeth’s extended family was the staff of Morningside Assisted Living, where she received wonderful love and care for many years. The family is most appreciative of their devotion to her and her love for them. Thank you to MSA Hospice for the love and compassion shown to Elizabeth and her family.
