KERSHAW – Services for Annie Dolphene Bowers Faulkenberry, 94, will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in Lancaster Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Mrs. Faulkenberry, wife of the late J.W. Faulkenberry Sr., passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017. Born in Kershaw County, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Thelma Vinson Bowers. Surviving are her son, Joe Faulkenberry of Kershaw; daughter, Carol Renee Faulkenberry of Kershaw; grandsons, Jeff Faulkenberry, Mark Faulkenberry and his wife, Pam; great-grandchildren, Jamie, Jennifer, Jessica, and Jeffrey; and great-great-grandchildren, Braxton, Brandt and Tyler. She was predeceased by a son, Jack Faulkenberry; brothers, Dewey Bowers, Jack Bowers and Harry Bowers; and sisters, Cornelia Davis and Ottie McNaughton.
