LUGOFF – Funeral service for Joanna Nass aka Joanna Naso, 99, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Brooklyn Believers Christian Fellowship, 2159 – 58th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11204. Mrs. Nass, wife of the late Charles E. Nass, died Thursday, March 14, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Cosimino and Josephine Baio Colluro. She enjoyed gourmet cooking and was an outstanding seamstress, and knitter. She is survived by her son, Carl Naso (Mary Luce) of Lugoff; grandchildren, Carl William Naso (Grace), Christopher Joseph Naso, Paul Isaiah Naso (Ashli), Rachel Constance Joanna Knoerr (Kevin), and Angelica Lucia Naso; and great-grandchildren, Joshua Matthew Naso, Madison Constance Knoerr, London Grace Knoerr and Anna Sophia Naso.
