CAMDEN- Services for Mrs. Ruby Inez Rabon, 87, of Camden, will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Springvale Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Mrs. Rabon, wife of the late Alfred Rabon, died March 14, 2013. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late David Lee Catoe and Mary Ethel Catoe. She worked as a sales clerk for Diana Shop. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and walking. Surviving are her daughter, Peggy Ann Funderbuk (Alexander); son, Tim Rabon (Dianne); grandchildren, Michael Eric Funderburk, Amanda Kay Cook (Ray); and great-grandchild Abigail Riley Cook. She was predeceased by an infant son; brothers, Lewis Catoe and Wilbur Lee Catoe; and sisters, Lucille Ellis and Katheleen Branham The family extends their deep appreciation to the Karesh Wing staff for their love and care.
