Kevin O’Toole LUGOFF – Funeral services for Kevin Patrick O’Toole, 76, will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Mr. O’Toole, husband of the late Sandra “Smitty” Smith O’Toole, passed away October 28, 2017. Born in Comache County, OK, he was a son of the late Daniel O’Toole and Peggy O’Rielly. Mr. OToole enjoyed Amateur Radio. Surviving are his son, Danny OToole of Maryland.
