LUGOFF – Funeral service for Michael Bruce Post, 49, will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints – Ridgeway Ward with burial to follow in Centerville, Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation. Michael passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Robert Bruce and Glenda Joyce Floyd Post. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing softball, bowling, golf, and shooting pool. Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Wendy Dove Post; children, Michael Bruce Post II of Lugoff, Elizabeth Delores Post (Michael Stephens) of Lugoff, Lyndsey Michelle Post of Lugoff, and Aleah Renee Post; sisters, Terrie Rothenberger of Lugoff and Sherry Mitchell (Donnie) of Lugoff; and brothers, Robert Post (Sheron) of Elgin and Jimmy Post of Lugoff.
