LUGOFF – A service to celebrate the life of Gayle B. White, 74, will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lugoff First Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Greg Sweet will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Lugoff First Baptist Church. Mrs. White passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Reece Quentin and Tyna Odell Catoe Bowers. She retired from Redfearn Motor Company and was a member of Lugoff First Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling. Surviving are her son, Gregory A. White (Victoria B. White) of Columbia; brother, Randy Bowers (Mandy) of Lugoff; grandchildren, Tyler Jeffrey White, Grayson Robert White and Griffin Jack White; and sisters-in-law, Jan Bowers and Ann Bowers. She was predeceased by son, Jeffrey M. White; brothers, Wayne Bowers, Dickie Bowers and Jerry Bowers; and sister, Ann Barnhill.
