LUGOFF – A funeral service for Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Cooper, 64, will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at International Praise Church of God, with a visitation at 11 a.m. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Bishop Doyle Roberts and Bishop Neal Nolan will officiate. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Mr. Cooper passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. Born in Darlington, S.C., he was the son of Douglas Cooper, Jr. and the late Lorene Miles Cooper. Mr. Cooper was retired from Dupont and was a member of International Praise Church of God. He always put Christ first in his life and was a good Christian man. He was lovingly known as “Pop”. Surviving is his wife, Lesta Catoe Cooper; daughter, Elyse Cooper; grandchildren, Sadie Joye Cooper and William “Liam” Joel Cooper; sister, Connie (Phil) Noel; nieces and nephews, Philip Noel, Megan Noel, Robert Catoe, Preston Catoe, Joshua Catoe, and their children.
