COLUMBIA – Funeral service for Michael Lewis Cobb, 64, will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Kershaw City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Mr. Cobb died Thursday, February 22, 2018. Born in Charlotte, N.C., he was the son of Thaddeus Lewis and Robbie Jane Roberts Cobb. He worked for Belk, Inc. for 40 years, most recently at Belk Distribution Center in Blythewood. Surviving are his son, John-Michael Cobb (Jessica) of Goldsboro, N.C.; parents, Thad and Robbie Cobb of Lugoff; sister, Cathy Epps (Tim) of Blythewood; and nephews, William (Lauren) and Brenen Epps.
