LUGOFF – A service to celebrate the life of Clifton Loyce Davis, Jr., 74, will be held on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Mr. Davis, husband of the late Carol Brown Davis, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018. Born in Bishopville, he was the son of the late Clifton L. Davis Sr. and Louise Brown Davis. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #30. He enjoyed photography, fishing and hunting. Surviving are his son, Clifton Zemp Davis (Linda) of Wake Forest; daughter, Heather Davis Willits (Paul) of Lugoff; sister-in-law, Susan B. Leviner; and grandchildren, Elizabeth Carol Willits, Kathleen Elaine Davis, Joshua Carlyle Willits, Betty Louise Davis, and Rachel Caroline Davis. He was predeceased by a brother, James Carmen “Jimmy” Davis.
