LUGOFF – A funeral service for Warren Bell Depperman, 83, will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church, with burial to follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Blacksburg, SC. Pastor John M. Stoudemayer will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church. Mr. Depperman passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018. Born in Parnell, TX, he was the son of Hermann Heinrich Depperman and Stella Bruce Depperman. Warren grew up in Portales, NM and graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his studies, he also worked at White Sands Missile Range. Warren worked for many years in the aerospace field, securing a number of patents in that industry. He was Vice President of and retired from Cogsdill Tool Products. Surviving is his wife, Bonnie Collins Depperman; daughters, Peggy Manz (Boyd) of Bailey, CO and Brenda Depperman of Clovis, NM; 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
