CAMDEN – Funeral services for Jesse Napoleon Wilson, Jr., 88, will be held Friday at 3:00 p.m. at Lakeview Baptist Church with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Marion Aldridge and Ikey Pitts will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lakeview Baptist Church. Mr. Wilson passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Born in Florence, he was a son of the late Jesse N. Wilson, Sr. and Jessie Allen Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on cars, racing, and traveling. Surviving are his wife, of 67 years, Elberta Audrey Nesbitt Wilson; sons, Ted A. Wilson (Glenda), Jesse N. Wilson III (Wanda), Danny Ray Wilson (Joann), Jody Wilson (Peggy); a brother, L.R. Wilson; 12 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by siblings, Alma Floyd, Cecil Wilson, Gerald Wilson and D.C. Wilson.
