WELLFORD – A memorial service for Ronnie Joseph Powell, 79, will be held on August 4, 2018 at Florence Moore Memorial Presbyterian Church in Wellford, S.C. Memorials may be made to Florence Moore Memorial Presbyterian Church. Mr. Powell died on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Born in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Russell Kermit and Mignon Cox Powell. Surviving are his sister, Barbara LeMay of Sheffield, Ala.; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Honorable Kenneth Powell and Dr. Donnie Powell.
