LUGOFF – A service to celebrate the life of Annie Belle Feagin, 93, will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Bill Dulaney will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Harvest Baptist Church, 281 Wildwood Lane, Lugoff, S.C. 29078. Annie passed away at her home on June 3, 2018. She was born on August 22, 1924 in Sumter County to the late Thomas McElveen and Belle McGee McElveen. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clarence Belton Feagin and son, Clarence Jody Feagin. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and her dear and most beloved niece who always provided dedicated care throughout her life, Carolyn Lib Windham of Lynchburg, S.C. and also by her much loved dog, “Lizzie”. Ann worked for many years for A&P Grocery Stores in Sumter and in Trenholm Plaza, Columbia. Ann wanted to give a special thanks to Haskell and Glenda Marsh of Elgin, Virginia Holt of Columbia, Robin and Keith Willoughby of Lugoff and all of her caregivers for their tender care, love and support during her declining health. Also a special thanks to the great employees of McDonald’s in Lugoff and her McDonald buddies where she affectionally became known as the Monarch of McDonald’s.
