KERSHAW – Services for James Robert Schenk, 68, will be held at a later date in Illinois. Mr. Schenk passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at KershawHealth. Born in Chicago, Ill., he was the son of the late Jack Surber and Edith Marie Schenk. He was an auto mechanic and enjoyed NASCAR. Surviving are his brother, Robert Weinert,; sisters, Rose Marie Weinert Anderson, Rose Anna Hubbard, and Rita Weber; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Schenk.
