CASSATT – Services for Carl Samuel Baskins, 66, will be private. Friends may call at the home of Pauline Baskins. Mr. Baskins passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. Born in Camden, he was the son of the late Carl Frederick and Ruby Lee Baker Baskins. He enjoyed racing cars. Surviving are his sister-in-law, Pauline Baskins; and nieces, Melissa Tarlton, Kristina Turner, Heather Egbert and Debra Anderson. He was predeceased by brothers, Harry Lee Baskins, Ernest Baskins, and James Baskins.
