LUGOFF – A celebration of life service for Joseph Richard Dent, 29, will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Pine View Baptist Church, Blythewood. The Rev. D.J. Kirkland will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5-6 p.m. Joey passed away Friday, July 6, 2018. Born in Columbia, he was a son of Julie Ann Howard Dent and the late James Leroy Dent. Joey enjoyed watching movies, doing yardwork, and fixing things. Surviving are his mother, Julie Ann Dent; brothers, Jason Dent, James Dent, Jr. (Jenny); nephews, Sutton and Jack Dent; and a niece, Gracie Dent.
