COLUMBIA – A time of gathering to celebrate the life of Benjamin Eric “Ben” Berlant, 26, will be held on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Lighthouse Christian Ministries. Ben passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Born in White Plains, New York, he was the son of Michael Berlant and Laurie Stahl Berlant. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Central Florida. He was the general manager of Adrenalin in Columbia. Ben enjoyed wrestling and riding his motorcycle. Surviving are his wife, Andrea Sanders Berlant; daughter, Skylar Michelle Berlant; father, Michael Berlant of Orlando, Fla.; mother, Laurie Berlant of Jacksonville; and brothers, David Berlant, Samuel Berlant, Robbie Berlant and Mitch Berlant.
