BISHOPVILLE – Services for Joseph Curtis Hopkins, 67, will be private. Mr. Hopkins passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Born on April 15, 1951 in Camden, S.C., he was the son of the late John Daniel Hopkins and Alice Lucille McCaskill Hopkins. He enjoyed carpentry and loved horses and the outdoors. Surviving is his son, Joseph Curtis Hopkins, Jr. (Tiffany); grandchildren, Jaydin, Ava and Elleigh-Mae; sisters, Betty H. Small, Doris H. Lester, Caroline Small (Wayne), Mary Alice Hopkins, Grace Werts and Esther Valle. He was predeceased by his sister, Sarah Catherine Schmitt.
