CAMDEN - Funeral service for Sybil S. Eaddy, 74, will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church with burial to follow in Beulah United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Russell McDonald will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church. Mrs. Eaddy died Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late Willie B. and Rosa Lee Massebeau Smith. She retired from DuPont in 1992. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. Surviving are her son, Charles Dennis Eaddy and his wife, Carla of Columbus, Ohio; daughters, Elizabeth R. Rabon of Gaston, and Vicki R. Taylor and her husband, Mike of West Columbia; brothers, Billy Smith of Charleston, and Teddy Smith of Sevierville, Tenn.; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Jack Smith, Louis Smith, and Herbert Smith; and sister, Dorothy Arrington.
