Eileen was my mother's sister. She was a wonderful aunt.
She told me I was able to tell it was her coming through the door when I was a little boy. I would call out her name exitedly.
She and I lived together for a summer in Bobcaygeon many years ago. From her dock, I took my boat to work each day. We shared a wonderful lifestyle.
Over the years, she never missed my birthday no matter how far apart we lived, or how long it had been since we had seen each other.
A few months ago, I said something I thought ordinary to her, and she said something like "Thats the sweetest thing I've ever heard." She was a wonderful person.
I loved her dearly, and I miss her already.
