Maurice was a friend of mine at work. We really enjoyed talking racing.He once told me he always wanted to race against Earnhardt Sr and some of the older drivers. When you spoke with Maurice he would really be interested in what you had to say. We all will miss him tremendously. Maurice..I hope you get your chance to race with Dale and Adam Petty,the Allison's, and Neil Bonnett. We will miss you my friend...I am dedicating my trip to Charlotte tomorrow in your memory, buddy...My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Maurice and I were good friends in high school, good hunting and fishing buddies and we played on the St. Mary's soccer team together. We kept in touch all these years and I for one will miss him dearly. My love to you, Moe, and to your family. Alvis & Ann P.S. We will never forget the "mysterious" broken glass or the tire we helped put on your race car. God speed, buddy!

Maurice was a great friend. I enjoyed talk with him on my different subjects. I will miss Maurice everyday especial on race day. I’ll be waiting for him to find me and ask how Dale Jr. doing now. Maurice has help me be a better person just for know him. Maurice love for life and his family and his Martial Arts had no limits. As a co work he was one of the finest I have ever work with, Maurice was always there to give a suggestion to make the work load easier. I feel no comfort in the fact he was taken from us, but I know he is in heaven letting them all know how thing are going be around there now that he is home. He will have cooler full of diet cokes and a fresh pack of smokes forever. God speed

To the Lemere Family, I only recently met Mr. Lemere and his lovely wife at my brother's memorial service. However, I feel like I have known him for some time through my nephew Marcus. Marcus often speaks of his sensei and how much he loves, respects and admires him. Mr. Lemere has been such a positive force in Marcus' life and I know that his spirit will continue to live on through the beauriful life lessons he taught so many. Your family is in my prayers.
