LUGOFF – Funeral service for Cynthia Ann Dabney-Baker, 53, will be held Sunday at 4:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kershaw City Cemetery. The Rev. Scott Lewellen will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter, 460 Fair Street, Camden, S.C. 29020. Mrs. Baker died May 29, 2013. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Frances Dorman Williams and the late Daniel Worth Dabney. She loved animals and enjoyed cooking. Surviving are her husband, Bennie Wayne Baker; mother, Frances Williams (Mendel) of Kershaw; step-children, Alexis Renea Baker and B.J. Baker; brother, Scott Dabney of Liberty Hill; sister, Ginger Lewellen (Rev. Scott) of Landrum; grandfather, Roy Dorman of Kershaw, S.C.; a niece, Meredith Lewellen; and a nephew, Greyson Dabney.
