Obituary of Norma M. Luzier
LUGOFF - Norma M. (Nora/Nana) Luzier Born March 11, 1954 in Buffalo, N.Y. departed this world on June 10, 2010.In Lugoff, SC. She is survived by her 4 daughters, Dawn, Sonya, and Wilona Johnson, all of Lugoff, S.C., Asia Dean of Indianapolis, Ind.; stepchildren, Timothy Gibson-Harrison of Jamestown, N.Y., Tanya (Samuel) Hayes of Buffalo, N.Y.; grandchildren, Amber Lindner, Jasmine Johnson, Herbert Taylor IV, and Reaiah Carter; a special sister-in-law, Judy Hewitt; special aunt, Margie Luzier both of New York; three brothers, Norman J. Luzier of East Pointe, Mich., Kenneth Baker (Rose) of Dallas, Texas and Theodore Baker of Attica, N.Y.; two sisters, Ann Hill and Helen Hewitt both of Buffalo, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Norman J. Luzier and June Smith; four brothers, Earl, Richard, Loren Hewitt and John Horsey; and sister, Sheila Hewitt.
Nora loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren, traveling, fishing, camping, attending the fair, the rodeo, the beach and the catfish stomp. She loved her job as a home health nurse in Columbia, SC. She loved to take care of others and spending time getting to know them all.
Her family would like to extend a special thank you to: Tanasia Patterson for always being there as a friend and daughter, we love you; Sue Woodard for taking her under your wing and embracing her with love; Toshya Bellamy for always making her laugh; SCOA & Kershaw Health Oncology Nurse’s, Staff & Doctor’s (Dr. Phillip Baldwin) for all your love and care; we would also like to thank all her co-workers and employers at CarePro for all
