CAMDEN - Funeral service for Mary Banks, 87, will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Donnie Barrett will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Mrs. Banks, wife of the late Joe S. Banks, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Albert and Mary Eliza Self Spradley. She was a member of Dekalb Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and gardening. Surviving are her daughter, Linda Darlene Banks of Camden; brother, Jerry Grover Spradley of Hartford, Conn.; grandchildren, Paul William Napper, Brian Napper, Scott Napper, and Christina Gaither; and great-grandchildren, Brian Napper Jr. and Sincere Napper. She was predeceased by brother, Sump Burdell Spradley of Elgin.
