LUGOFF – Funeral service for Sue Branham Bowen Rabon, 79, will be held Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Flowers will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Rabon, wife of the late, Windell H. Rabon, died Sunday, October 31, 2010. Born in Lugoff, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Eva Hayes Branham. She enjoyed watching Atlanta Braves baseball and spending time with her grandchildren and dog Daisey. Surviving are her sons, Colie B. “Rusty” Bowen, Jr. of Lugoff, and Mark Allen Bowen (Marva) of Gaston; daughters, Vickie Patton (Larry) of Elgin and Ann Wyatt (Jerry) of Pelham, N.C.; brother, Mack Branham of Lugoff; sister, Juanita Pate (Lloyd) of Georgia; sister-in-law, Jeanette of Lugoff; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her first husband, Colie B. Bowen, Sr.; brother, Sam Branham; and sister, Billie Peake.
