LUGOFF – Funeral service for Larry Lee Hurst Jr., 18, will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Stines will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Larry died Monday, April 11, 2011. Born in Sevierville, Tenn., he was a son of Larry Lee Hurst Sr. and Deanna Lowe Hurst. He enjoyed motorcycles, cars, and trucks. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Surviving are his father, Larry Lee Hurst Sr. of Sevierville, Tenn.; mother, Deanna Hurst of Lugoff; brothers, Evan Donald Lowe and Kory Shane Lowe (Holly Ray); grandparents, Ray and Debby Hoover, and Varnell Hurst; Nephew, Kory Shane Lowe Jr.; and aunts, Penny Hurst, Kim K. Flores and Patty Ford.
