LUGOFF – Funeral service for Daisy Bell Tucker, 95, will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthews Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Charles Davis will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Tucker, wife of the late Richard B. Tucker, died Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the KershawHealth Karesh Wing. Born in Lugoff, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Maggie Jackson Scott. Surviving are daughters, Carrie Tucker Hampton (Willie) and Betty Tucker Murphy, all of Lugoff; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Tucker; grandchildren, Willie J. Hampton, Ezra Tucker (Rebecca), Natra Jenkins, Ticely Murphy, and Nadia Tucker; and great-grandchildren, Markell Genwright, Kayla M. Tucker, Mary Catherine Jenkins, and Corvin S. Tucker. She was predeceased by a son, Cleveland Tucker; and a grandson, Richard Joshua.
