Johnsie,
I was so sorry to hear about Barbara's death. She was an amazing person. I always felt better after being with her. There was such a void in Mom and Dad's life after Billy died. They were so used to being there every moment for him and making sure they could make his life as full as possible. I know you will feel her loss the same way. Our only consolation is that they are whole and healthy, unencumbered by the restrictions this life put on them, and that we will see them again in happier times. I'm sure God has another assignment for you in this season of your life, and I pray that you will discover it as you work through your grieving process.
We are living in Mount Pleasant, and news came to me late, but I wanted you to know that my life was enriched by that little window of time that Barbara was a part of it. She was a joy.
