LUGOFF – Funeral service for Kyle Adam Kelly, 11, will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Lugoff with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The Rev. Matt Galloway will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, the Kershaw County Recreation Department or the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter. Kyle left us on Saturday, June 25, 2011. Born in Columbia, he was a son of Bruce Wade and Kitty White Kelly. He was a rising 7th grade student at Stover Middle School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, baseball and being outdoors enjoying everything life had to offer. Surviving are his parents; brother, Stephen Ross Kelly; paternal grandfather, Carrol E. Kelly; maternal grandfather, Kenneth O. White (Ria); and numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Betty I. Kelly; and maternal grandmother, Lucy M. White.
