LUGOFF- Funeral services for Jorge Feliciano, 82, will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Norman Martinez will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Mr. Feliciano passed away Saturday, August 3, 2013. Born in Quebradilla, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the Manuel and Carmela Ibanez Feliciano. He was a member of Puerta de Refugio Assembly Church of God. Mr. Feliciano enjoyed colleting currency, gardening, fishing and restoring old cars. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Brunilda Martinez Feliciano; sons, George Feliciano of Waterbury, CT, Richard Feliciano of Waterbury, Ct, Maverick Feliciano of Ft. Myers, FL; daughters, Lourdes Feliciano-Valentin of Ft. Myers, FL, Shirley Feliciano of Tampa FL, Brunilda “MiMi” Feliciano of Lugoff, SC; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Carmen Feliciano; and son-in-law, David Valentin. He was predeceased by 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
