I am sorry to hear of your loss. Please find comfort in the resurrection promise at Isaiah 25:8 that reads: "And he will actualy swallow up death forever and will certainly wipe the tears from all faces." When death is done away with, then your loved one will be able to live forever on a paradise earth, with no more sickness and death. (Psalm 37:28 and Isaiah 33:24)
