CAMDEN – Funeral service for Thomas Columbus Catoe, 90, will be held Monday at 5:00 p.m. at DeKalb Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Keith Coates will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to DeKalb Baptist Church. Mr. Catoe died Friday, August 16, 2013. Born in Camden, he was the son of the late Thomas Columbus and Ida Mae McManus Catoe. He was a member of DeKalb Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening. Surviving are his daughter, Darlene Boone (Billy) of Camden; sister, Margaret C. Nelson (J.C.) of Camden; grandchildren, John Boone, Israel Boone, and Mingo Boone; and several great-grandchildren.
