Obituary of Raymond Leslie Jordan

ELGIN – Funeral services for Raymond Leslie Jordan, 80, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Bill Dulaney will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mr. Jordan, husband of the late Vonda Jordan, passed away Tuesday, October 09, 2018. Born in Winnsboro, he was a son of the late Clinnie Jordan and Grace McManus Jordan. Mr. Jordan enjoyed hunting.

    Surviving are his children, Raymond L. Jordan, Jr. of Bishopville, Cindy Alexander (John) of Cassatt, Dianne Branham (Clint) of Cassatt, Sandy Branham (Ernie) of Elgin, Brent Johnson (Jennifer) of Lugoff, Scott Jordan (Melinda) of Elgin, Leslie “Marty” Jordan (Christy Brassell) of Elgin; siblings, Bill Jordan (Toni), Dorothy Ray, Linda Boulware, Don Jordan; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Jan Sanders; and siblings, Grady Jordan, Frances Sanders and Betty Jean Jordan.
