Nancy has a heart of gold. Her attentiveness to her late mother, Mary, and he devotion to family are second to none. She made a huge impact at St. Matthew's UCC, her former church in Carlisle Springs, PA. She and Don gave freely of their time in mission trips, helping in various service projects, working to make sure the church they helped charter would grow in the love of Jesus. She will be missed more than words can say. On behalf of the congregation, I offer our heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends. We know where she is, and we give thanks to God that she shared her life with us in so many meaningful ways.
May the peace that passes all understanding be with all those who grieve her loss.
For St. Mattthew's and the Dugan family,
Pastor Tim

We would like to extend our condolences to all of the family. We are sorry that we are not able to attend the services. We will never forget Nancy's bubbly personality and her expert seamstress ability. If you remember she sewed all of Tammy's Bridesmaids dresses and her Wedding gown flawlessly. We will always remember the family BBQ's and the Sheibley dachshunds. Love and prayers to all. Tammy and Bruce
