Obituary of Ella Louise Critzer Armentrout Oliver
LUGOFF, S.C. – Funeral services for Ella Oliver, 85, will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Pastor John O’Cain will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 – 8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thiel-Meyer Animal Adoption Center.
Mrs. Oliver passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018. Born in Charlottesville, VA, on March 24, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Lucian Carroll Critzer and Florence Julia Easton Critzer. Until her health declined, Ella loved to read, do crafts and spoil her pets.
Surviving are her children, Janet Armentrout King and Randolph Charles Armentrout (Brenda); 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Claudine Armentrout. She was predeceased by her first husband, Charles Edward Armentrout and her husband, Wade Frank Oliver; sons, Carroll Lee Armentrout and Kenneth Alexander Armentrout.
