Obituary of Dawn Michelle Davis

CAMDEN – A memorial service for Dawn Michelle Davis, 46, will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Hermitage Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. at the church. Pastors Mark Hopkins and Jamie Rogers will officiate.

    Mrs. Davis passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.  Born on September 19, 1972 in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of Peggy Brown Parker (Tom Easler) and Wofford Rogers, Jr. She loved her family, dogs and cat. Dawn was a gameshow fanatic, good cook and enjoyed games and puzzles.

    Surviving in addition to her parents is her husband, David Michael Davis; daughters, Aislyn Carter Melton (Zachary) and Kristen Carter; brothers, Derek Rogers (Ashley) and Brad Rogers (Tracie); paternal grandfather, Wofford Rogers, Sr. She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Janet Catoe Rogers; maternal grandparents, P.T. Brown, Jr. and Mary Alice Brown Thompson.
