Obituary of Jessica Medlin

ELGIN – A memorial service for Jessica Medlin, 57, will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.  The Rev. Father Sandy McDonald will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

    Mrs. Medlin passed away at home on Friday, December 28, 2018.  Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Mary Pastore Grinevich.  She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church.  She enjoyed cooking and caring for her dogs.

    Surviving are her husband, James Edward “Eddie” Medlin; daughter, Stephanie Marcus (Ben) of Rock Hill, S.C.; brother, John Grinevich (Dawn); and sister, Patricia Sminkey (Paul).
