LUGOFF – Graveside service for Thelma Cassady Branham Jackson, 85, will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Springvale Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Todd Horton will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Springvale Baptist Church 1496 Springvale Road, Lugoff, S.C. 29078. Mrs. Jackson, wife of the late Leslie Jackson, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lee and Minnie Mae Bradley Cassady. She was a member of Springvale Baptist Church and enjoyed flowers and knitting. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia Stockman (Lewis) of Lugoff; son, Jimmy Branham (Andrea) of Myrtle Beach; brother, Edward Cassady and Henry Cassady; sisters, Margaret Holley, Virginia Williams and Polly Walton; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, James Branham; a son, Randy Branham; and brother, Billy Webb.
