Obituary of Lottie M. Bracey Thomas

CAMDEN – A funeral service for Lottie Bracey Thomas, 84, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Cedar Cemetery. The Rev. Quinton Chavis will officiate.

    Mrs. Thomas passed away Friday, May 03, 2019. Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Hilliard Bracey Sr., and Janie English Bracey. Mrs. Thomas was a member of Belmont Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and sewing.

    Surviving are her children, Pamela Thomas, Kevin Thomas (Michelle), Carla Thomas, Brad Thomas (Shirra), Shane Thomas, Kimberly Thomas; siblings, James Bracey, Henry Bracey, Marguarite Parker, Doris Lenix, Patricia Bracey-Alston; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives. She was predeceased by siblings Hilliard Bracey, Jr., Ruth Lowery, Rebecca Bracey, Ella Catherine, Lula Bell Ayers, Ronnie Bracey, Kenneth Michael Bracey, Rosa Lee Jones.
